Creative Counseling Services offers a variety of professional assessment and evaluation services to support treatment planning, legal requirements, and clinical recommendations. We work closely with the courts, probation, parole, and community corrections in Larimer and Weld counties to help support you in meeting your legal requirements.

We do NOT provide
- Assessments for clients residing outside of Larimer or Weld counties
- Assessments for Department of Human Services or child custody cases
- Assessments for legal charges other than DUI prior to sentencing
- Department of Transportation (DOT) assessments
