How to Register / Set Up Your Client Portal Account

You will receive an email invitation from “ReliaTrax Client Portal” asking you to create your password.

If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.

On your first login, you will be prompted to:

  1. Create your password
  2. Verify your last name and date of birth

Please be sure to save your password for future access.
