Employment Opportunities
Join our team at Creative Counseling Services and make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and families in our community. We offer rewarding career paths and supervised training experiences for professionals who are passionate about mental health, substance use treatment, and court mandated client-centered care.
We offer flexible work schedules, 3 day weekends, full benefits package, paid time off, agency provided clinical supervision, and our agency is an approved placement for the Colorado Health Service Corps student loan forgiveness program.
Our current team is composed of compassionate therapists who bring diverse lived experiences and a wide range of professional training and credentials to their work. Our clinicians are dedicated to creating a respectful, supportive, and client-centered environment where individuals feel heard, valued, and empowered throughout their recovery journey.
Each member of our team offers unique expertise in areas such as trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, veteran’s specific issues, and personal growth.

Master’s Internship Opportunities
Whether you are an experienced clinician or a graduate student seeking a high-quality internship placement, we invite you to connect with us. Our organization provides a supportive, collaborative environment where staff and interns can grow, develop their clinical skills, and contribute to meaningful change.
Creative Counseling Services takes pride in serving as a training site for graduate-level counseling students. Over the years, we have partnered with several universities throughout Colorado, including Colorado State University, University of Northern Colorado, University of Denver, Colorado Mesa University, Adams State University, and Colorado Christian University.
Our structured internship program provides hands-on training and experience across all aspects of the therapeutic process, including clinical assessment, diagnostic formulation, treatment planning, and the facilitation of both individual and group therapy. Interns gain meaningful exposure to real-world clinical practice while developing the skills needed for professional licensure and independent practice.
Interns at Creative Counseling Services receive weekly clinical supervision from experienced LAC, LPC, and LCSW clinicians, along with ongoing mentorship and support throughout their training experience. Paid internship opportunities may be available, and many of our interns choose to continue their careers with Creative Counseling Services following graduation.
