Our Fort Collins Creative Counseling Services office is conveniently located near College Avenue and Swallow Road, near the Foothills Fashion Mall in Fort Collins Colorado. Creative Counseling Services is in the same building as RMS and Parole, and is situated next to the DMV.

Please enter on the south side of the building. We are located on the second floor, and our counseling office will be on your immediate right after exiting the elevator.

We offer both telehealth and in person services in our Fort Collins location.
